Reception: Your gadget has been safely received and is awaiting booking in.

Awaiting screening: Your gadget has been assigned to an inspection agent and is being reviewed.

Awaiting component: Your gadget has been recognised as repairable and parts are on order. Your repair should be complete within 5-7 working days.

Repair in progress: Your gadget has been deemed repairable and this is underway.

Unit being exchanged: Unfortunately your handset is not repairable and we are looking to move to swap out your gadget. We will be in touch shortly.

Scrapped: Your handset has been securely disposed and data wiped due to being non repairable.

Dispatched: Your handset is on its way back to you after being repaired successfully.
