Payment Policies

Delivery Policy:

 

Deliveries arranged at the time of the claim and usually within 24 hours of confirmation. Alternative dates may be provided for larger items or on request. Deliveries are made by courier.
Flooring is fitted on a pre-arranged day and goods arrive on eth day of fitting with the fitter.

Return, refund and cancellation policy:

 

Goods can only be cancelled prior to delivery and in accordance with the requirements of the Insurance policy and contract the have been supplied under.
Refunds will be arranged on a case by case basis dependant on the circumstances and the insurance contract under which they have been supplied.

Goods and Services:

 

Unless otherwise specified all electrical equipment is sold to UK voltage and standards 240V.
SBS only provide Goods and services in relation to an Insurance claim. We do not sell directly from this web site.
